Tried out the fish-head meehoon @ Winsoon Cafe in Kuchai Enterpreneur's Park, Kuchai Lama (behind the mamak opposite Station One)..

* Fishy menu *
Ummm.. I'll give it a thumbs up for overall (3.5/5)... reason being, improvements can be done in the service department. Food - good! Btw, i would suggest to go either slightly before lunch or after lunch coz it'll be packed and parking is a pain in the a@@ here!!
